I was in a custody hearing in October of 2010 in Derry District Court which I now know was a mock hearing and now the DDC is saying that they have nothing for me on file for a custody hearing. My Mom and Grandparents were with me in the hearing and my public defender said she hated me to a sheriff. I know that someone told her to say that. I want custody of my twins! This state holds lots of secrets when it comes to custody hearings and they gave my twins to the state of Massachusetts! I'm disgusted with the State of NH.
Clerks are rude judges don’t practice due diligence ! This court house should be leveled to the ground professionally and their licenses should all be rescinded and extinguished !! Sick of the malpractice and lack of care and concern for their community ! Shut this court house down ! Not 1 molecule of compassion in this whole establishment ! Truly the reason behind the word Tyrannical Government! Nobody will be held accountable ! Sherades sherades sherades !!
They DESPERATELY need to get rid of the older more heavy set femalwme worker at the family division window who was working on Wednesday December 5th 2018 at 11:30 am. Nastiest rudest and most unprofessional worker I've ever come across. Hard to believe she's even be able to hold any job... She also doesn't have any answer to any questions so what exactly she's being paid for I'm not sure
Biased judge would not even hear my side or take into account previous judge ruling or my divorce decree. Just made up his own mind based on ex wife testimony. Did not take into account my own sons feelings or wishes!
Last year I had to clear up a default inDerry that was cleared up 16 years ago. Today called DMV in Concord and they still haven't sent digital confirmation of my cleared default. Oh, and the phone number provided is no longer in service.
Family Court: They act as if everyone is a criminal. They seem very irritated you are there. Slow to come to the window and then very brusque and rude. It seems to be the culture there. The security crew are very friendly and helpful.
I was there in July with my son. The DA seemed to be reasonable and the judge was a nice man. But the girl at the clerks desk was very rude and unprofessional.
The staff are unprofessional and very rude. You can tell they don’t want to work there, so they take it out on the public. Good luck getting ANY help from the clerk. The state needs to look into this place!!
Wouldn't let me set a new court date for a speeding ticket and had to pay an extra 50 dollars because of it
The people that I dealt with here are awful. The sheriffs were great but the clerks are very rude and not very accommodating.
