I have a joint physical and legel custody case out  of the court. And our parenting plan that has been in place for 5 years is continuously broken by the other party.  Its gotten to the point where they have moved 2 hours out of state. In order for me to see my child i have to drive back and forth cause it states i do all transport but she is not allowed to move out of school district. The child has changed schol 6 times in 3 years due to address being mothers were i have lived in same address for 5 years in merrimack. Im fighting for the cold to live with me and attend merrimack but the court is letting it all slip by.  I feel i have no rights as a father. 6 months im waiting on the contempt for moving out of state. The child is falling behind in school and doesn't do homework per the teather. Mean while i owe evening u could imagine money wise to the mother even though the child spends more than 50% of the time in my home....Christmas vacation week mother shows up Monday after Christmas drops child off and disappears. I have to work this week and its her parenting time.  It's different when it's the mother that is the dead beat.

Jane is the best. Members of this court house, specifically a woman named Jane, went above and beyond the call of service to help me with an issue. It was astonishing how helpful she was and how human she made the otherwise nerve-wracking situation. If you read this, Jane, thank you again.
