My doctor was great but the service was subpar. They grew too big too quickly and forgot how to handle easy service issues. Dropped the ball on some prescription requests and never properly told me my PCP was leaving. Very poor interdepartmental communication! These issues forced me to look elsewhere.

There is no "Dr. to patient communication". No office or department knows what the other one is talking about-otherwise known as not knowing their ass from their elbow. They may send you to another location of their practice and when you call to confirm, they do not know who the doctor is or what you are talking about. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had nothing else to choose from. I am very learned in a big medical practice. We all did our job, but we all informed each other of everything. Our superviser's motto....."Communication, communication, communication....."
