Dr Schiavoni and the staff misrepresented their ability to manage chronic complex medical conditions. Staff is rude and unaccommodating once you become a patient. Very challenging to get an appointment with the doctor. Many errors in the short time I was a patient there. Errors with medications, communication with other providers, appointments and records. Long wait times once in the office. They are not able to coordinate care in an appropriate, timely manner. They keep taking on too many patents and have a lack of steady support staff (they seem to always have someone new.), which creates an environment where they cannot provide appropriate care for their patients. Unless you want to use them for a once a year check up, steer clear.

I have nothing but positive encounters with both nurses and doctors at this facility. I feel the Doctors don't rush you, listen to what you have to say and include you in you in any health decisions.

Horrible place. The nurses treated patient like animal without patience. They were trying to repel the patients away so they can lazily chat at work. They ask you to provide documents. Email/Fax/In Person but they never come back to you as they promised. How come those people still have their job without actually doing their job.
