Alycia Johnson should be indited for leaking. Not only did she leak confidential info of the accused directly to my company email but she also does not do what she says & dishonors the judicial system. Don't get it wrong, this is just my professional OPINION based on how I was treated. I was never a criminal in this judicial system nor was I ever alleged to be one. This is a review from a victim only & now in more ways then one. I believe in good judicial systems which is hard to do these days. In the end court systems are not accountable on the same levels that citizens are but seems like I'm the only one that didn't already know that.

The court staff does what they can with limited resources, and does it well, all things considered.  By way of background, the legislature drastically cut funding to the courts during the "Great Recession" a decade ago.  This caused the courthouse to cut a great deal of its staff, leaving too much work for too few people.  A decade later, the funding has yet to be completely restored.  Couple that with our quickly increasing county population, and we have the long delays that we see now.  According to state guidelines, we are supposed to have THREE more judges than what we currently have.  However, despite repeated requests for additional judges, the legislature has repeatedly refused to fund those positions, choosing to do so for other counties instead.  Thus, both our bench and its staff is doing the work of the people without the legislative funding, support or staffing to do it as efficiently as it would like.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to check on a stalking order because they forgot to call me back after the trail for whether or not it was contested. The restraining order extension doesn’t work (cannot leave a message and will bring you straight back to the home options) so I tried calling every extension. NO ONE answered. This was all done between 10am and 1 pm until someone from a different extension answered  for me and forwarded me over to a clerk where I got (surprise) a voicemail box.

For a man fighting to see his own children. Who cant afford leagal representation, and just needs information. The women in the INFORMATION kiosks just say to look on line. They claim that everything is on there. If I ran my business with there customer service. I would have to find a job in the court kiosk. Pointing people to the website they, themselves can not navigate.

Everything people reviewed before me, and the joke of hours, a sinking ship is what it reminds me of! NEVER on time, but we would be in TROUBLE!  Hope I'm NEVER in there again!
