Desert Barn Brewery is a local craft brewery and sports pub that focuses on creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can kick up your feet, play shuffle board or tables games all while enjoying a nicely crafted brew. Poor service. Couldn't even get napkins or utensils. And we had two rounds of food. Never asked if we needed anything. Employees were too busy taking breaks and eating themselves. Was very happy with this place for a while. Now I won't go back. Bad service and no a.c. is one thing but to watch employees eat while we can't get service during the dinner hour. So discouraging.

I went to Desert Barn Brewery with high expectations as I have had friends who have gone there and they said the pork belly Taco was delicious so I went last evening took my grandson who's 21 so we could enjoy a beer together. The lady who came over to take our order brought us to small little sips to sample a couple of different beers of which I did order one she said that her husband and she were the owners and that he made the beers and after we ordered our appetizer fried pickles and onion rings most of the fried pickles were a little burned and the onion rings were a tad greasy we ordered our food about the same time and 45 minutes later are food still had not arrived and yet other people around us we're getting their food who had sat down approximately the same time we did. We never saw the lady again who introduced herself as the owner's wife it was there restaurant finally one plate of food came out and it was what my grandson ordered another 35 minutes past and my food still had not come never saw anybody that work there for quite a while and finally a young lady came out of the kitchen and I called her over and said my grandson got his food like 35 40 minutes ago and I'm still sitting here waiting just as oh my gosh let me go and check she came back out about 20 minutes later and said oh my Goodness we ran out of tortillas and I said so you left me sitting here all of this time wondering what's going on with my food and now you're telling me you don't have any more corn tortillas wow I said that's really poor business. She disappeared again into the kitchen and came back out and said we can make your tacos on flour tortillas well I said if that's the best you can do that's not really what I came here for but okay so 10 15 minutes goes by and she brings me 3 tacos on cold hard flour tortillas the fish taco had so much cabbage I couldn't even see the piece of fish my braised beef was filled with more lettuce and tomato than beef so I can't even say how that tasted and that's what I ate but I did not eat the lettuce did not eat the cabbage did not eat the tortillas I ate the meat off and the piece of fish I was extremely disappointed I hate to have to tell somebody that the food was bad the service was horrible and I'm surprised because this is Taco Tuesday and you should be prepared you should have had more than enough food I never got a pork belly Taco because this young lady told me that the owner said that it would take too long to cook the pork belly and I've waited long enough. All in all it was a horrible experience I can never now say anything good about the place I will never recommend it and I can tell you for sure I could get in that kitchen and do a better job making tacos then they did I come from a family of Great Cooks and these Pam these people who own this establishment really need to go to cooking school business management something because service like I said was terrible in the food was even worse.

Amazing quality beer combined with excellent service and a simple, high quality menu. This place is the best I’ve found so far in the high desert. Definite fan!

Went for their Oktoberfest. Live bands for both modern and classic tastes. Good beer too.

Nice place to bring the family and friends prompt service with a smile live music . All in all a good place in Hesperia to drink good beer.
