Desert Rent A Car in Palm Springs was the very best Car Rental experience I’ve ever had. Their counter service and shuttle were efficient and friendly. The shuttle driver Alex even made a second trip back to the airport after having dropped me off there because I had left a pair of shoes in the trunk of my rental car. Who else would do that? The best!

This was the only place I was able to find an 8-person SUV for my 40th birthday weekend in Palm Springs, and it turned out to be the best rental experience I have ever had. Friendly and fast service from Don and his colleagues, including airport pick-up and drop-off. Highly recommend!

Nice service ! The shuttle picked me up very fast at the airport and Tim was very friendly. Maybe they could report car's scratches in the contract.

Awesome service! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes when I went to pick the car up and when I returned the car. The whole staff is very friendly and very professional! I will definitely return to them when I need a car rental.

The most friendly, most accommodating, wonderful staff...Julio and all his staff members not only met the best price, but beat the the best price, I only wanted a 24 hour rental and they were the kindest staff ...also, I received a brand new car that was in perfect condition...I will recommend them to all my friends and family that visit and have time shares in the Palm Desert, CA area, thank you for your impeccable service and kindness!!! 5 stars!
