I have been using Enterprise for 10 years now, however this was the worst service from Enterprise that I have ever seen. I was service by someone and was the only one at the counter. The girl was completed with my transaction, but  took a phone call at the end. The phone call lasted 18 minutes. The manager next to her service three other customers by that time. The manager said she would handle it for her. The manager looked at the paper work and said  that she don't know what happened because I was completed with paper work and ready to go. Other words she could not understand why the girl took the phone call. I went out to get the car and it was a lower grade car then promised. I told the girl that Enterprise was not her career job and that she should look into working somewhere else. The manager ripped up the paper and said that she voided my contract and that she would not rent to me today. I told the manager Lance what happen and he just agreed with the rest of them and said nope he would not rent to me as well. I asked him to take me to the other Enterprise which is about a 7 minute drive. He refused and took me to Hertz Rental car which is the competition.  I called the home office three times and got no response back from them. This place is run like a Mafia organization. I made it to the Palm Springs Enterprise and got treated with the service that I am used to. This Cathedral city Enterprise is a big Joke.

Excellent service, every time.  The location is very busy but the people who work here are friendly, as quick as they can be, and professional - friendly too, and they always try to work in any special requests. I try to be flexible with my timing -- sometimes it does take longer than usual, but in my experience, the people who work at this location always strive to provide the best experience -- and best car -- for the occasion.  And with the 9.99 special for weekends, it's cheaper than owning my own car.  They even pick me up at my apartment and drop me off when my rental is done.  I have non-owner's insurance, which is about 300.00 a year- so I don't have to purchase the expensive CDL from them - which saves me 60.00 -100.00 a weekend.  I just rented recently, and for 3 weekend days - Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon - I had 100 miles a day(extra miles pretty cheap) and paid less than 36.00 for the whole thing, plus gas.  Enterprise is the best car-rental company I have ever used.

Delightful, easy breezy rental process from friendly and knowledgeable associates who took the time to answer all my questions and get me in a great car at a great price.  Hope I'll have the chance to rent from them again!

good costumer service, they didn't have a small vehicle for me so they upgraded me to a bigger vehicle for the same price. thank you

The service by the employees of the store we rented from was outstanding. They did a very good job although they were new. What was lousy was the Ford Focus they rented. It had about 24,000 miles and was a terrible car. It reminded me of a 1960 Falcon when Enterprise started. I had memories of Enterprise back then as I went to a school in St. Louis  I remembered older Frat brothers rented from a local Ford car dealer at a very good rate. This was not a good rate. 
This car felt bad too. The back facing camera was a bad joke. If it was used a total wreck would be in the books. It was so inaccurate. 3 stars is a fair rating. 0 for the car and 5 for the employees. Someone who decided to make extra profits from this car needs to find a job at Avis.
