Just call the Olive Branch location because the Southaven location haven’t pick up any of my calls this morning , lady answer the phone this morning was very rude.. if you don’t want to give good customer services find another job, you have to be professional at all times.

They are so rude. They think they are running a prison. Someone need to let them that they don't have to act so ugly. Went to get a tag for my new vehicle and the first white lady on the south end of the building to the wall was super nasty and told me my paperwork had not made it to there office. She didn't really look for the paperwork. Came back the same day after talking to the dealership and a black lady in the middle screaming and telling everyone to line up on the wall like we were prisoners. But Kim finally waited on me with a beautiful polite voice, walked over, got my paperwork and said it's been here since August 31. She was very polite and happy. She also apologize for me having to come back a second time. She made me laugh, took care me and told me to have a great day.

The Lady that answered the phone today around 4:30. Had a very Rude disposition about herself!! Please! Just Sad

Always Pleasant! Whenever I go to take care of anything the people are always friendly and even if the line is long it moves quickly. Keep up the good work.
