Dr. Roberts specializes in treatment of the foot, ankle and leg. We treat infants to adults, offering a comprehensive array of services.
Dr. Whitfield Roberts opened his practice in the Destin area in early 2010 after seven years of group practice with Bay Podiatry in Panama City, Florida. He then opened his second practice location in Panama City Beach in 2011. Dr. Roberts attended Podiatric medical school in Cleveland, Ohio at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, one of seven schools in the country specializing in educating physicians in the medical and surgical care of the foot and ankle. He then went on to residency training at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, and completed his training with a surgical residency at Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He has extensive training in woundcare and diabetic limb salvage and is the former Medical Director of the Center for Wound Care at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, Florida. He continues to treat limb-threatening wounds at the Bay Medical Center for Wound Healing and volunteers his time monthly at the St. Andrews Community Medical Center where he cares for uninsured patients.
