This is a fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Destination Big Bear helped make my birthday weekend in Big Bear so wonderful. The booking and check in process was so easy with them. Cabin was beautiful and clean. Special thanks to Jamie for being so helpful and so quick in answering all of my questions. :) 5/5 for Destination Big Bear, I will definitely use them again next time I plan a trip!

Just got back from a fabulous weekend in Big Bear!  Destination Big Bear was great to work with for our rental home.  Very nice staff at check in...Jamie was really nice and informative and on our departure day, Denise was super helpful on the phone!!  She went above and beyond to take care of us and answer our check-out questions.  Can't wait to book our next rental!!

Would have been 5 stars but, didn't get a change of towels and only had 4 rolls of Toilet paper for 8 people. Booked 5 nights and was told its consider an extended stay and someone will come in with a change of towels do a quick clean up. Didn't need the quick clean up since we cleaned up each day.  The house was great very comfortable and clean. Not to far from everything but far enough to enjoy the peace and quite of the mountains. If we visit Big Bear again I will book through Destination Big Bear again.

We have a group of 3 families that do an annual trip up to Big Bear. We have booked through Destination Big Bear 4 years in a row now. The staff is always very helpful, this year Tarra was especially accommodating. We have been extremely happy with our different cabins; they are always very clean and fully stocked. I highly recommend booking through destination Big Bear to ensure that you have the best possible vacation experience!

This will be my 4th year booking with Destination Big Bear, each year we have stayed at a different cabin and EVERY year has been great.  Honestly it just keeps getting better.  Each cabin has always been stocked with what we need and the customer service received from Tarra as well as the rest of the team has always been exceptional!!  I will continue to book with them each year as this is a family tradition for us and we look forward to it every year!
