We stayed at #9 Big Bear 4 bedroom summit and it was a wonderful experience.  We found most things were very clean.  The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.  Loved the pool and ping pong table.  Overall it was a great time for our family.  We would defiantly rent here again.  Thank you, Will

Stayed at a home in La Quinta had issues through the first week. Kevin indicated this home had 2 king beds, was not the case. It took a full week to correct this and bring a bed. On day 3 the plumbing in the kitchen and the bar sink bar had backed up and become unusable. It took another 3 full days to resolve this to use the kitchen. No Garage door FOB's. we were told the owner stopped providing them because people kept taking them. Not sure how that was our problem. several days later we received FOB's. Very poor response from Kevin at Five Star. Not good value considering the cost of a 3 week rental.

The luxury offered here is top class. Stayed at the lodge at the mountain masterpiece with my fiance and my goodness it was a divine stay, the view was breathtakingly exquisite and the food made by the gourmet was a mouthful of joy. Loved every minute and second we spent there, I even went on to extend my stay at the lodge. I think I have found my holiday venue

I rented a home with 5 Star for my family's annual Christmas getaway. I chose this home because of the amazing description. Dreamscape Luxury Villa Big Bear.  There was nothing high end or luxurious about this cabin. The furniture was filthy, full of stains as was the carpet. The kitchen flooring was cracked and missing tile ( very dangerous ). the stove did not work even after a technician was sent out ( ruined Christmas dinner ). The dryer was broken so we had to use the same towel for the entire stay since only 1 towel per guest was provided. The beds in the Master and secondary bedroom we're horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on a cement pad. My family paid a premium price for this luxury cabin during the Christmas holiday. We do this every Christmas so the money was not the issue. The poor condition of the home was. I will never rent through 5 Star Luxury vacation rental again!!!!

Let me start by saying how exceptional this company is. I was stressing over leaving my dog home for 4 days with the neighbor. Annette understood my stress and told me I could bring my pet for a $20 a night fee. I was so relieved and it was cheaper than the pet sitter! The cabin was amazing and was exactly like the photos. I stayed in cabin # 3 Five Star Snow Summit. The weather was perfect and the view was spectacular! It really felt like a family vacation. The cabin was cozy and everything was in working condition. Many great memories were made in the game room. Can wait to try one of their other cabins next year!
