People rarely read long Google reviews, so I'll keep it short and simple: use Mark and Details Home Inspection when getting your house inspected!! Polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable, former Military (definitely a plus for this former Military family!), and efficient. Always accessible through phone, text, or email. Wonderful experience. Definitely call Mark!!

Mark came and inspected the property we are buying.  He was very friendly and helpful and I thought he did an excellent job of going over the property, identifying any items that could use attention or of concern, and walking me through maintenance on most of the major systems.  I got a nice report with pictures and notes of everything he had identified after the inspection, which will be very helpful in addressing each item.

Mark was an excellent Home Inspector! Being a first time home buyer, he went over everything about the house that I would need to know, and showed me how to fix the minor things, and told me what to do to fix bigger issues. I am very satisfied with the service that he gave me. I would recommend him to anybody looking to get a home inspection!

Overall great experience! I would recommend Details Home Inspection, and would recommend that you tag along. Like all the other reviews said, Mark is very thorough and includes a lot of details. When we walked around with him, he showed us ways to shut off the water, air conditioner, furnace, etc. He also showed us way to maintain them so they would last longer.  

Mark also walked us through all of the major findings, and said that everything he found would be in the report that he was going to send out. It was nice because while doing his inspection, he really looks for things that could cost a lot of money at that time or further down the road. 

Last thing I liked was that Mark offered if you have any other questions further down the road that you were able to contact him, or if there were any surprises. 

Again I would highly recommend Details Home Inspection.

Mark was informative, paid close attention to every detail in and out of the house, and answered any and all questions we had during our walk with him for the home inspection. He provided a great report full of photos, upkeep suggestions, and how to address areas of concern. I'd hire him again for any and all home inspections in the future!
