This is Always a very Welcoming place!! I enjoy the atmosphere and the entry way into the lobby is very seductive. The fireplace says the tone. The Casino is always unwinding to walk through. Customer service is wonderful however if you have spa services and are unable to remember the time, the front desk doesn't have access to this information. It would be nice for the front desk to be able to remind you of any prior Itineraries would definitely up the customer service a bit. The food here is wonderful. Breeze at night can be hit or miss depending on what you get. I also enjoy the smoking areas. In winter they keep it warmed with heat lamps which makes ur smoking break not as unbearable. The pool and spa area are fantastic definitely a place decompress. Highly recommend a weekend getaway here. So Much to see and try
My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much here! The customer service was seriously amazing! Patricia in security stuck out to me in a great way! Her professionalism and willingness to help locate a cell phone my friend lost was so sincere. She was the greatest interaction in the whole establishment! Thank you for a great visit! We’ll be back!
Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Great Great Great. Poker room needs to be updated more like you guys have a lot of money please put it into the tables, chairs, amount of dealers. That being said smoke free, and having actual poker room in Michigan. I won't give less than 5 stats! Great security too !!!
Swanky place! Rooms were very nice and spacious and the shower and bathroom in particular were excellent! The spa on site is also very impressive as they have a pool, hot tub, and sauna that guests can access for free. Also a gym area but I did not get a chance to visit. Would recommend! Nearby activities: Very nice spa onsite.
I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The rooms were very clean. I do not like how the hotel check-in is. You either have to use valet or walk entirely through the casino while they check your luggage and everything as you wait in the line in front of everyone getting your ID checked. If it weren't for that, I probably do a five-star rating. There was a decent view out of our window and the room size was pretty great.
Usually a good crowd. Best slot machine choices in town. Large floor room only one floor for slots. Good food also they recently opened a new dinning hall with take out or sit down. You can order food yourself or have someone take your order and they will bring the food to you if you would like. Nearby activities: Little Ceasars Arena is within a block.
The Casino and restaurants are nice, but the Hotel section was not great. The phone digital key didn't work half the time, so we had to get physical keys. When we got to the room, there were huge bugs or boogers, we weren't sure what they were on the ceilingphotos included. The toilet ran for hours before stopping, and when attempting to flush the handle chain fell off and we had to reset it, and the lights just randomly turned off while in the bathroom. The bed under sheet was covered in what looked like dog hair, and didn't look to have been cleaned in a while. It really is too bad because the staff was very helpful and friendly. The valet was wonderful, and the front desk staff were great. A last word of warning, the mini fridge is a mini bar that is auto billing when you remove an item. We got food from the restaurant and wanted to put it in the fridge, only to find out that it's all weight sensitive and we would have been charged if we had not set all the beers and waters back. A fridge to keep your food in would be wonderful.
We got a basic king room and we were pleasantly surprised how big the room was!! There was a used dirty q-tip in the room, a used k-cup in the coffeemaker, and the tub leaked. Gross, but didn’t ruin our experience. The pillows were horrible, but the bed was very comfortable! Had lunch at Tap and dinner at D Prime. Both were very good, not great. All in all I would recommend and we’ll be back
Overall enjoyed my stay. Great location! Loved the complimentary valet service but it was very unorganized and took a while to get your car. Beds were super comfy and loved the huge shower, but stay out of the minibar if you want to keep costs down because those lil bottles are pricey.Rooms: 4/5
Our dealer at the poker table was great, but the drinks were greater. Blew through a couple hundred and had a blast, ended up making it back on the penny slots. 4 stars because a smoke free casino feels weird, even as a non-smoker.
