My experience was great, Mike was very helpful, answered every question me and my fiancé had. I would definitely return to Devon’s, their customers service was outstanding he went beyond just selling us rings, he made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. In fact, the rings quality sold themeselves Mike the experience stress free! If you buy a ring here you won’t regret it, they make sure you understand all your options and you get a lot of information about the diamonds you are buying. Ask as many questions as you want and they will be answered!!! Definitely a 5 star rating . Thank you Devons and Mike for being a part of our special day!

By just taking a walk through the mall, you can tell which jewelry store there is not trying to force you into their doors. No one is standing outside fishing for customers. To me it makes Devons seem the most professional out of all the jewelry stores in the mall. I always have a great experience every time I go into their store. I always feel welcomed, and everyone greets me. Esmeralda has been the one to help me with almost all of my purchases, and she has been great on giving me all the information I wanted to know about all the pieces I have been interested in. She is definitely one to see for anything you are looking to buy. One of the things that has stood out most to me is that they value quality in all their pieces. Not quantity. If I can give more stars, I would.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings back in 2005, 14k white gold, till this day we have not had to have the rings flashed to return them to the white gold color nor have we lost any of our diamonds... today we returned so I can get a wedding band. We received great service from Esmeralda and here co-workers. We got our original rings cleaned and looking like new! Thank DeVons for all the years past and future of service!

Every visit is pleasant I always get a welcoming greeting. They know my name and make me feel welcome whenever I come inside the store. Great service and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING JEWELRY HERE.

My best friend and I went in today to buy her future husband a ring and get a new setting for her engagement ring. They had originally quoted is one price but it was actually about $25.00 more. Brandi pulled her personal bank card out and said, "no, I'll take care of difference!" Best costumer service I've seen in this area. Great Job. Going above and beyond is rare, but this time didn't go unnoticed. Great job Brandi. We will definitely be returning, because of YOU!
