If you're looking for an amazing experience with great people Rogers is the place to go. I personally have had Debbie as my sales representative for Rogers for probably close to 10 years she is amazing! she will go out of her way to make sure that you are happy in the end. If they don't have what you are looking for in stock she will find it and get it in the store for you. She knows her jewelry. I cannot say enough about her or recommend her enough. Everyone there is friendly and helpful at all times.

Todd was sensational. I had been shopping around looking at rings for what seemed like an eternity. I had thought about custom but feared it would be far outside my budget but Todd worked with me to make sure I was not just happy with the end product but that I didn’t feel like I was throwing everything I had at it. I am so in love with how the ring turned out but the process wouldn’t have been so enjoyable if it wasn’t for Todd. He answered all of my questions quickly and with detail which eased my mind for when they began to cast the ring. 
Thank you so much Todd for being absolutely amazing!

We looked at a few different places for engagement rings before coming to Rogers. Todd was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted within our budget. I am beyond happy with my ring. I would definitely recommend Rogers Jewelry!!!

Really great store, with surprisingly helpful staff. I needed a specific size ring on extremely short notice, due to my own tardiness, and they went above and beyond getting it there and ready with time to spare. Todd was really great and took the time to help my wife and I, and I appreciate the fact that he never tried to push an upsell or steer us away from what we were looking for. He checked up on us after the fact and made sure the ring was being delivered even though he wasn't even working the store that day.

I called this location instead of the Folsom store by accident. The manager Sandy was so helpful in retrieving needed information from the other store that I have to say, if you are in there area she will definitely go out of her way to take care of you. She could have just given me the number or transferred me to that store which would have been appropriate, but she went the extra mile and did the leg work for me. Awesome job!
