Went into the store to only look for an engagement ring when I ran into Alex (a sales associate at the store). She was very kind and super knowledge about all their products. Instead of just showing me the most expensive rings they had in the store she took her time to talk to me and get an idea of what I wanted in a ring. I have been into many jewelry stores for different products but this was absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. If you are in the market for purchasing any sort of jewelry or watch I would highly recommend Alex at DeVons. Best purchase and expiernece ever!!!

Matt, Alex and their team have consistently taken great care of me. Always helpful, friendly and smiling. I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry.

This devons location is on top of it!!!! They are always courteous and very customer driven. I deal with Matt on most of my visits and he takes care of his customers! When I has an issue with another location I went here and they were able to rectify the problem the best they could! If you are looking to purchase from a devons make it this one, not the other ones.

Every single time I need watch batteries, watch links removed,  or ANYTHING jewelry related, your boy at Devons has assisted fantastically.  Very knowledgeable and professional.  UNLIKE Kay's Jewelers.  Thank you for your superior service!

I went in one afternoon to have my wedding ring cleaned and while I  was waiting, I asked a question about my watch. Alex assisted me and fixed my watch right there and then. It was a pleasant surprise! The staff are always attentive and helpful. I have always had a good experience any time I've been in DeVon's.
