***UPDATED*** This place was outstanding. I have had nothing but issues with Kay and their "lifetime" warranty BS. My wife's ring has had the center stone fall out twice now, the first time it took them 6 months to get it back to us. After putting it in a drawer for quite some time I stumbled across Creative walking to the bank, he charged me next to nothing and had the ring done in two days! He gave it back to me completely shined up looking brand new. I have already recommended him to many people and I will be having him make a custom ring for Christmas. I would recommend them to anyone, they don't talk to you like a general customer just feeding you the same lines like most chain stores, they talked to me and joked with me like they have known me for years. I couldn't be happier with their service!

**UPDATE** I went back for Christmas and instead of making a ring I had Creative make me a necklace using my wife's grandmothers original wedding ring.  I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and told them to do what they do best from there. He had it knocked out in no time and even had it ready two days before Christmas for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even though I declined to pay to have the ring itself brought back to life they threw that all in for free so I was very happy yet again with their attention to detail and amazing customer service.

We met Bill and his wife while having dinner at a local Thai food restaurant. He happened to be sitting next to us as we were discussing our wedding and buying engagement rings. He politely introduced himself and offered his services. We went by his shop and he asked what he could do to make our vision a reality. He took every detail into consideration and offered his expert opinion to guide us to our final design. We were able to negotiate on the price and were very happy with the outcome! Not only did he offer high quality products, but he also found earrings to match my wife's opal engagement ring. Very classy and goes above and beyond customer service. Bill communicated VERY well throughout the buying process. I HIGHLY recommend Bill Lerma for all of your jewelry designs and custom needs.

Excellent service! The owner helped my husband create a beautiful wedding ring for me. They are always friendly and service is quick and well done.

Great experience!!! Creative jeweler- added a bridge to my ring to keep the integrity of the ring. Didn't mind redoing the work once we realized the ring was still loose. Thank you!

Had 2 friends from Church recommend this place.
i've been in 3 times now for gifts, repairs, re-do of an older ring.
Each time the work to be done was explained to me in detail , done quickly and to everyone's satisfaction .
There is no other jeweler in town for me.
