My experience with Dharma Day Spa was incredible. You are greeted with a smiling face when you come in. The Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I received a massage with Jana and she is INCREDIBLE!! I went in with a hurt back, not sure if I pulled something or what the issue was, but she fixed it. She was very kind to meet every need I had with the parts on my back that were bothering me. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. There isn't any other spa that I would rather go to then Dharma.

I had a "relaxing" massage appointment on 4/8/16. I was initially put into a room to fill out some paperwork and along came another gal who was filling out the same thing. My appt. was for 1pm and I heard her say she was really early and hers was at 1:30. I sat in the room from about 12:50 until 1:15. They called the other gal back first 30 minutes before her appointment! I waited an additional 15 minutes passed my appointment time and was finally called back to the room. I was greeted by a very nice massage therapist and got ready to have my "relaxing " massage. We got started and immediately I heard the most obnoxious women through the wall on the other side. The room I was in was very dark, a candle burning, and the music low and soothing. I could hear 3-4 different woman talking and hysterically laughing about eyebrows. Finally, the massage therapist half way into massage excused herself after previously apologizing for the noise. She left and came back fairly quickly, but still cutting into my massage time, and resumed the massage. It got quiet, problem solved! NOPE, 3 minutes later they were even louder and talking about eyebrows again. I had it! I was tempted to tell her to quit and I was getting dressed and leaving. It eventually got quiet the last 10-15 minutes of my massage and I actually almost dozed off. The skill of the therapist is not at all representative in this complaint. I have had massages in several spas in Springfield and around the United States and I NEVER had as bad an experience as I did at this spa. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. I know the massage drill, etiquette, and expectations. We paid $65 for a horrible massage and they gave me a $10 gift card from the front desk on the way out. That doesn't even cut it! I would never be tempted to return with my business for a $10 gift card. I should have been given another massage of the same time/type. This spa is not one I would recommend to anyone. I hope you treat your subsequent customers with more courtesy and the use of common sense. Thank you.

Won't go back. The facility and people are nice, but the Pedicures....REALLY LACKING. First, no pedicure chair, you just sit in a chair and put your feet in a bucket of water. No scrub or hot towels for the legs, just a little lotion rubbed in quickly. Next can't do anything fun or any type of design, so boring and basic is all you get. Finally to paint my toes, the technician literally sat on the floor to paint my toes. The gel is bumpy and not smooth so they will need to be redone. Real disappointed....at least the facility was nice, but I won't be back.

All the experience that you'll ever want or need from your Spa, ambiance, comfort, fun loving, these girls have it all & know there business!!! If your going for hair, your in the right place, if you want massage you will have the BEST Kim is the GREATEST! If you want permanent makeup Wendie is there for you & is BEST there is! Facials you will have the BEST in town. Pedicures, manicures they are set up for it all!!! Go check it out your self! My husband & I went today for Massages & Manicures & I had a Facial too! What a great relaxing day at the Spa!! We love our Dharma Day & Salon!!! There are new owners now as of I would guess a year or more too now!
