I called to say I needed an eyelash fill that I was from out of state. They proceeded to tell me it would cost $225 because working with someone else's work is harder then starting fresh. I said ma'am I've only lost a few outside ones I just had the full set put on 3 days ago. "It's and our policy ma'am " the lady said. She said "it will at least be $125😱". I paid $139 for the full set to begin with. Sounds pretty criminal to me.

I went in for an eyelash extension refill.  The place that I had the original lashes put on was out of state.  When I got there, the atmosphere was welcoming, very relaxing and beautiful.  The ladies working the desk were very sweet.  My lashes were put on within about an hour and half.  I paid and tipped and left feeling beautiful.  The very next day, my eyes began to itch and water constantly...I thought it was seasonal allergies at first, but by the afternoon my eyes were swollen and were burning like crazy...I Googled the symptoms and read that I was having an allergic reaction and I needed to get the lashes off asap.  As soon as I got off work and made it home, I was able to use coconut oil to gently and slowly remove the lashes.  I was so relieved to get them off, but upset that I just paid nearly $150.00 (with tip) for something I wore less than 24 hours.  The next morning I called Providence to tell the office manager of my experience and how I had to remove the lashes.  She apologized and advised that I should give my lashes a rest for six months.  
I was called back in to meet with one of the partners of the spa.  She and the office manager took me back to a private office and were very kind. 
They sincerely apologized again and offered me a free facial and a full refund.  I was told they have a 24 hour emergency number for any procedure that has a negative reaction.  They will meet you in the office anytime of the night to meet your need.  Providence made this right and I am so very appreciative for the extra, above and beyond that they took with me.  Thank you ladies!

I went to providence spa for the first time today and the ladies were so very nice! it felt nice and comfortable and very relaxing with the beautiful quiet music in the background. Denise(I think this was her name) did my lashes and let me tell you how perfect they are - I freaking love them. I got my full set in Springfield but I live far from there so I decided to go to Branson for fills. I AM SO GLAD I WENT HERE!!! When doing my lashes she was so extremely gentle - no pain from her sorting through and separating my lashes. when I looked in the mirror I was so shocked and so in love with how my lashes looked. 10x better than the last place I went and their prices are awesome! Seriously the best place to go for eyelash extensions. So full, so much volume, so long and luscious! love them.

I have done laser procedures, got results better than I dreamed of, and 3 years later still reap the benefits! Jana helped me find a solution to my problematic skin, and after years of trying products, my skin has never felt more clean and smooth. They are so professional, and have a huge passion for what they do, which shines through. Highly recommend Providence to spoil yourself and feel your best!

This is the best spa in Branson, the workers are so kind and friendly. Anything that you are looking for this spa has it. Me and my mom have been going for over 4 years now and its the best experience ever. I have gotten laser hair done and it works and they make you feel like you are at home. :) Jana Kueck, Robin, Kyla, and Sheila all deserve 5 stars.
