Working with this company was a pleasure.  They were courteous, prompt and did what they said the would do when they said they would do it.   Every person I interacted with was competent and worked with me as if the job they were doing for me was as important to them as it was to me.

These days you don't normally find contractors like this.  I can't say enough good things about them.

On top of great service, their pricing for doing a custom job of hanging soffit lights on my office building was done at a reasonable price.

Eric Felan and field Electricians Brian Laney and Dustin did an excellent job for a commercial job that we needed on very short notice.  We understand many companies are often backlogged and are unable to perform jobs on short notice, so we don't expect Dial One to always be able to react so fast...but we're thankfully that they did this time!

We were basically stood up by another electric company that had very poor communication skills, but we won't bash that company, instead we just want  highlight how well Dial One communicated with us, promptly came out to survey the job, and then executed the job.  Brian and Dustin were professional and had great customer service!  

The work we needed was to replace 4 old school light fixtures with 6 energy saving LED lights, all on a 33 foot ceiling. These guys were initially willing to do the job on a "short" scissor lift, but at the last minute we were able to rent a 32 foot lift to make job safer and more do-able.

Our lights look great and the job these guys did was excellent.  I definitely recommend this company and I will reach back out to them for future jobs we may have.

WARNING!!! DO NOT hire this company unless you want to be charged extra hours for labor.  I blame myself for ignorance but this company took complete advantage of me, my time, and my wallet.  Yes, I was provided with an estimate for several jobs I needed done at my new house and yes, I agreed to have them come out; however, when I asked for an itemized copy of my receipt, I was provided with a copy which did not fully show what I paid for.  On top that, they charged me for additional hours that they were NOT on my property.  I am disappointed in myself for trusting this company due to the good reviews, and the original person I spoke with, Eric, who was very kind and polite and quoted a more reasonable price, but the fact that they altered my original estimate AND charged for two additional hours shows the type of company this is.  They clearly are just in it for the money and I will never do business with these guys again.  They saw a naïve first time home owner and decided to over charge.  My first clue should have been when one of them asked how much I paid for my house.  Since trying to find a resolution to them clearly over charging me, I have yet to hear back from them and have not been provided with any type of explanation.  Don't be ignorant and do your research before hiring these guys.

Jaime Gonzales with Dial One Electrical Services came by the office to do electrical repair to our lights.  Jaime Gonzales was professional, polite and knowledgeable.  We had called other companies that did not show up or call.  We will use Dial One Electrical Services in the future when we need something done.  From the office call to the having the  representative come to our office this job was handled professionally and prompt.
