Dealing with Mister Sparky was a very enjoyable experience.  No sooner had I submitted a request for service (and it was almost midnight) I received a phone call and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Drew arrived on time and was very efficient and polite. I needed an outside fixture replaced, but wanted to check the wiring first.  After I purchased the fixture I called to have Drew come back and install it.  Again, I had an appointment for the next day, and he was even earlier than my window.  Light works.  No complaints.  I have no reservations about calling Mister Sparky again should the need arise.

Great customer service - starting with Dontrice who took my phone call.
She was very polite and courteous.
Mike (Customer Service) kept me posted on the appointment and then a follow up call immediately after the work was done.  That was phenomenal too.
Ryan Brady was the technician and he was excellent too.  He explained the condition of the outlets and switches and whether they needed replacement.
I was very impressed with the work and very high customer service.  Ryan and Mister Sparky deserve 5 stars!

I am very pleased with the detailed information Ryan Booth provided on his visit. I had wired smoke detectors that were going off even after battery was changed. I called the dispatch center early morning and was able to get appointment within a couple of hours. While he was here I had him check other electrical issues that had been bothering me. We went through all my options and I did not feel pressure to buy or upgrade anything. I am happy with the service he provided and he is a good representation to Mister Sparky.

Mr. Sean came on time,  very pleasant to be around I felt comfortable with him being here and doing the repair. He was very professional and I will definitely recommend this company as well as Mr. Sean to friends and family. The customer service representative was up beat and cheerful. She was friendly and very  pleasant to speak with! Keep up the great work guys! Dr. T!

This company needs more people like Felipe ( I hope I am spelling his name right, if not I apologize)... he came to Montgomery late at night, which was way out of his way and just went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He went beyond to make sure our issueswhere resolved in a good manner. He was helpful, attentive and knew what he was doing. I greatly appreciate him for coming out to help us! Thank you Felipe for your hard work!!!!
