Had my car detailed. They broke the plastic piece around my gear shift. And dropped an air tip down my vent. Now it rattles in my dash. They take no responsibility or offer any resolution. The clean job was great. But not worth the damage done !

I've been taking my car here almost every week for the last 6 months or so. Hands down the best bang for the buck wash in town. I get the top of the line wash they have. 9 times out of 10,its an amazing job. Once in a while, I'll notice something small they missed, or I'll have to ask them to hit a certain spot on the interior again, but overall, I've been very pleased with the service. I do a little bit of ubering on the weekends, and I have passengers comment all the time how clean my car is, or they'll ask me if it's brand new. When I tell them it's a 2013,theyre shocked because it's so nice and clean. One time, the machine broke one of my wiper blades. They fully reimbursed me for the cost of a new one. I'm actually getting ready to head out the door to go down there now, so I'll see you guys in a bit!

Service is very good, however last time I was there the gentleman that cleaned off my car missed many spots.

I had a very good first experience with Diamond Finish, however, I've just returned from my second carwash and I'm disappointed. I got their top car wash and interior cleaning and the inside of my car is covered in dust. It doesn't look like they cleaned my floor mats or vacuumed beneath the seats. What a waste of $28.

Edit. 
After calling and explaining the situation, they were very apologetic, and offered to reclean my car. After it was finished it was up to the standard that I first remembered. I've since changed my rating.

-0-STARS Horrible experience.!!!!!!!  Driving from Kansas City , MO becauSe I heard good things about this place ,. I had to go back and clean the car myself even though I paid for the top package . The owner was extremely rude and didn’t offer to make things right . Never coming here again!!!!!!
