I read the reviews...yet still went anyway. I believe the other posters are looking at cultural differences. The salon is dark and not as nice as some but,  I got great service...even when I took my 5 year old with me which is usually a no no in a nail salon.  Nails look great and full set in less than an HR. I would recommend this salon to others.

I had so many bad experiences there and I always go back thinking this time will be different ! 
But they have very unfriendly staff. I simply tried explaining to one of the employees I wanted a little more acrylic on my nails because I didn't want it to break easily because I work with fingers a lot and he got mad and rubbed it all over my finger saying if they break then I can come back.  Just rude for nothing and no apology for his behavior. Then Michael who is the own didn't even apology either but instead hurryly did my nails and it was so painful. I'm done going over there from now on
