My experience was excellent, I walked right in and Tiffany gave me a great haircut!

I walked in and was told that I could get a hair cut in 20 mins. I shopped around the store for that amount of time and came back and sat down in the salon. I waited an extra 30 mins and no one acknowledged me. They are extremely slow and only pay attention to people over the age of 60. Wow.

I got my hair cut there for the first time. I asked them to cut just an inch off of my hair, but they totally butchered my hair off. Now, I have to keep wearing a hat forever until my hair grows.
