This is a nice airport parking lot. A shuttle runs regularly that gets you to and from the airport quickly. The drivers are friendly and quick to assist with loading bags. The free carwash is a nice bonus. They also offer services such as oil changes and chip repair while your car is in the lot. Generally the wait for the shuttle is pretty short but occasionally you can wait at the curb for up to 15 or 20 minutes. This is pretty rare though.

Do you ever have that feeling that you are being followed -- When you pull into this lot you are being stalked... in a good way! Shuttle drivers pull right in front of your vehicle to pick you up. Don't feel pressured to get in the shuttle immediately -- Take your time to gather your stuff so that you don't leave anything in your car or your leave your car unlocked. Economy parking at SLC is 9.00 a day, parking at Diamond is 8.25 a day plus a free car wash on the way out. Don't forget their 'rewards program', free vehicle detail or lube/oil/filter after a certain amount of days parked there. Good service, good drivers.

Parking was great, but your shuttle driver needs to be retrained for her customer service. I get off an eight hour flight just to be chewed out by one of your employees! That was not only upsetting, but stressful to my family, and the other passengers as well. She starts off by picking us up from the airport as we load up, there are other people waiting for the next shuttle. So this lady yells at the others on the side walk telling them they can't get on because they haven't been waiting long enough creating upset customers on the shuttle and side walk. Next she asked me for my ticket I explained to her I lost it while on my vacation. This lady asked me five more time and I gave her the exact same answer. As a reminder this was my first time using your company's service. So I wasn't sure what shuttle to ride on only reason because I lost my ticket. So this lady gets furious with me, goes off yelling at me for getting on the wrong shuttle. While she is going off on me I'm looking around there are kids getting scared, other passengers are looking confused and upset. It was absolutely ridiculous, and could have been completely avoided. She needs better customer service training. I'm not perfect I did get on the wrong shuttle, but I don't deserve to be yelled at for 15 mins in front of my family because your driver can't handle her temper. This happened 10-24-16 around 10:30 a.m.

Parking lot was good. Shuttle service just ok.

They are awesome. Never had an issue, never waited more then 5 min either side and I am always impressed with the shuttle drivers.
