Have used park n jet for years, has always been 4 starts or better service but this trip was severely lacking. Some advice for how to treat your future customers, aka my replacements: Give a true ETA for pickup when you have a customer waiting, especially out in sub freezing temperatures. Had an early flight going out. When I pulled up to the gate, I had to wake up the attendant (6:30) to get in. The driver on the other hand was great, got to us quick and got all the bags on and off while I helped my wife with the kids. As for the return, ended up waiting 35 minutes for the shuttle. After waiting 15 minutes called the pickup line and again at 25 minutes. Both times I got the same response as I had with the initial call of “he’s on his way.” It was an older gentleman driving this time so not as quick with the luggage but thats okay. Asked him what took so long to be picked up, apparently he was the only driver that night with the holiday and we had just missed him when I called initially. I wouldn’t have minded the long wait if I had been told that they were running a skeleton crew for the holiday and was given a correct eta so we could have staying inside the warm terminal until actually being picked up. When leaving I complained about the misleading eta, I got a half cocked answer about not being able to know where the drivers were exactly. So you can tell the driver that they need to pick someone up on the radio but can’t ask for a location. I guess “On his way” applies all the time since the route is round trip, so you will eventually be picked up.

Been using park and jet from business to family trips for years. I fly frequently and have used park and jet exclusively. The last few times have been a true disappointment. 1) I waited over 20 mins for a pickup in the early AM "5 AM." I called the office and asked where the driver was, and was told "turn on your car headlights" as I am assuming they forgot where I was at freezing temperatures. 2) When I am waiting for a pickup to return to park and jet I always phone as I am walking to the curb. I am always told "your driver is on the way.' I then proceed to wait for 20+ minutes while I counted "4" diamond rentals shuttles stop and leave before 1 park and jet shuttle arrives. I figured this has to be a fluke, so on my next two trips 3 weeks apart I test the theory again to not let this experience alone cloud my judgement. Verdict is in, park and jet is not what it use to be. My coworkers and I are all now parking at Diamond.

I use Park n' Jet about once a month for work trips. I recently had a great experience there that has compelled me to write this review. I was running late once my flight landed and was needing to change into a suit for an event. It had also snowed while I was gone. The shuttle driver let me use their break room bathroom to change while he cleaned off my windows and warmed up my car. When I tried to offer him more money for a tip he refused. Great service and great price, I'm a customer for life.

The staff was very friendly. The price was about what long term parking is at the airport, but with shuttle gratuity it's arguably more expensive. Drop off was faster than the airport shuttle but pickup wasn't. There was allegedly an included car wash but when I inquired at checkout, it was complicated to redeem and I left with nothing. There was nothing about the experience that was bad, but it also wasn't compelling. Maybe I'll do it again. Maybe I'll just do airport parking for the simplicity of it.
