I live out of state and most of my family lives in Terre Haute. I have used Diane's flowers a couple of times to send flowers on the same day.. I call in the morning and by midday they always have the flowers delivered. Thanks for being so dependable and the flower arrangements always look amazing!

All ways use these guys.I just tell them what flower and tell them to make something up and they all way do a great job!!

Purchased the Hugs & kisses bouquet for my Mom for Mother's Day.  I upgraded to the deluxe so it would be nice and full.  The bouquet arrived but looked nothing like what I ordered.  
What they sent looked like they grabbed a handful of flowers and shoved them in a mason jar.  Literally. They didn't even use a real vase!  
I called to complain so they offered to refund half my money.  I requested they remake the arrangement to match the one on their website. The woman who took my call said she would try her best.  In my opinion, if you can't arrange the Telaflora arrangements then you need to stop selling them.
The 2nd attempt was delivered on Tuesday, by Friday, the flowers were already wilting, not to mention the fact that  It was still wrong.  I didn't complain about the 2nd arrangement.  I wrote it off as a lesson learned.
I will never buy flowers from them again.

Always great people to do business with. I have used their services for several funerals in the past and I have always been impressed and very pleased with the presentation that they provided! Thank you!!!

Ordered Rose Medley, supposed to have pink vase, came with clear.  Stated it had Carnations and Asters, it had none. Shape was totally different, and different greenery.  Not happy at all with this place.  They did refund my money, but wouldn't send out a replacement because they had no designers in.
