I shopped around my hardwood floor refinish quite a bit and found Alex Diaz with Diaz Hardwood Floors to offer the best price in the LA-area.  After all the repairs, refinishing, and staining was complete, I couldn't be happier with the look of my 60-year-old hardwood floor!  In addition, Alex was very upfront and honest throughout the whole process.  He promised to come in and install reducers after the baseboard was put in and he promptly fulfilled his promise (several weeks after the staining was done and he was paid in full).  Furthermore, Alex gave me some extra clear-coat finish to stain some of my doors free of charge.  I recommend Diaz Hardwood Floors 100%

I was thrilled with the professionalism and quality that Alex had when he refinished my hardwood floors. He was always on time (if not early), he completed the job ahead of schedule, and the floor even looked better than I could have imagined. Will absolutely use him for all future jobs. His quality and price are difficult if not impossible to beat.

I shopped around for hardwood floor refinishing and Diaz offered the most competitive price around. He did an awesome job and kept communication throughout the process. Since I was away from the property during the job, he sent me pictures of the work as it progressed and the floor came out great. He gladly came by to help with minor repairs of scratches and scuffs when I called. I would definitely have him work on my floors again.
