Store is kept clean and well stocked, however getting service can sometimes be a gamble.  At times, associates don't have keys to unlock items, and rather than finding someone who does they explain that I'll have to try coming back some other time.

Prices are a good deal higher than what you'll pay at other stores, and the store changes configuration seasonally so it can be difficult to find things at times if you need to make in a quick, in-and-out stop.

Handicap accessible? Not in the coats? 3 teenage staffers standing there chatting mot one asked if i needed help even watched me moved tacks to try to get through with a wheelchair.
One star because i cant post none it wont let me

It's our second stop...we were bypassed in the shoe department 4 times, then when they didn't have the size my daughter asked for first, the salesmen immediately started waiting on another customer. He didn't give us a chance to ask about any other options.

They could have more ice hockey gear available. Went for a stick and they had 4 total left curve sticks. Very little choice in other hockey gear.

Really hard to get help.  You have 3 people at the front desk talking to each other and they call someone and tell you to go wait and you wait for 10 minutes for one of the only people actually "working" in the store.  Pretty messy, too.
