I have been shopping at JoS Bank since the early 90s.  It was my go-to for work clothing. Ive spent thousands of dollars there. I found their clothing to be of reliably good quality and the service professional. Those days are gone. JAB now hires inexperienced, and untrained, unmannerly, adolescents to serve their customers. Their personalities range from indifferent to arrogant and rude. I would recommend not engaging with any salesman under the age of 40. The older ones are much better. Recently have experienced some quality issues too. The Travelers Collection slacks frayed at the cuff after 6 months. Also bought a suit that was limp and unwearable after 1yr of occasional use.  Also bought a watch that stopped working after 1yr even after replacing battery. I brought these issues up to the kid at the counter. I got the deer-in-the-headlights look.

workers are very rude! the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you plan on going to this place on your special day plan to feel like your inconveniencing the workers by asking questions...
