We were told we would be getting 10 dollars off of we signed up with their card. After we did the purchase and looked at the receipt we saw the 10 dollars was not taken off. So we went back and spoke to manager Justin. We told Justin we were told we would be getting 10 dollars off and Justin started getting defensive saying the card only gives you 10 dollars off after receiving a certain amount of points. Great, but that's not what we were told. Justin processed the adjustment and gave us the 10 dollars but was extremely rude the entire time and throwing/slamming things. Very unprofessional.  He should not be a manager if he can't deal with customer's issues calmly.

I originally purchased a Schwinn bike at the Algonquin store. Unfortunately I bought the wrong bike. I went to the McHenry store to exchange the bike for a different size. The same prize and the manger was very rude and told me his store does not exchange bikes. The bike I bought was never rode on and I just wanted to exchange it for another. Buyer be aware if you accidently buy the wrong bike your screwed. Don't buy bikes from this store. NO BUENO!!!! 👎
