Hate to even give this place 1 star. Horrible customer service, my boyfriend called here on our way to make sure they close at 9:30 pm and they said yes. Also, to ask about a gun in stock. The guy said yes we have it in stock.  We get there and the prick behind the gun counter huffed and puffed and took his sweet time to get the gun we wanted to see . Then after looking at it, my boyfriend said that he wants to buy it but we’re gonna look at a pistol for my mom 1st. The guy said oh well we don’t do gun sales after 9pm. 

1st- while on The phone the employee should have said “yes we’re open till then but we Stop selling guns at 9” it’s just
Common curtesy. 
2nd- the guy behind the gun counter had no interest in even “selling” us the guns. No enthusiasm, character, personality. Nothing. 

You would think a company would have more common sense to put someone who’s actually knowledgeable and enthusiastic to try
To sell a gun that’s probably paying
His paychecks. 

Just sad.

Helpful staff on hand, willing to help when asked. Layout is easy to navigate depending on what you are looking for. Called ahead for an item and it was waiting for me when I reached the store!
