I really love this JCPenney, but the woman who works in the optical department a few months who was so nice was not there today. There was a very rude, unhelpful employee who clearly did not want to be at work today. I have a pair of glasses I bought from JCPenney and popped my prescription lenses in to your frames. I was looking for a different pair of frames and instead of being helpful and trying to help me find some, she was rude and extremely confrontational insisting that the ONLY frames that would work are the ones I'd already purchased a few months ago. I should have gotten her name, but we will definitely NOT come back to the optical department again. My husband and I could not believe how obnoxious she was and she truly needs some customer service training skill classes, pronto!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. I can always find something nice and affordable to buy. Way to go J.C.Penney👏👏

Went to JC Penny to look for long and short sleeve Polo shirts.  Only found the short,  but the sales clerk helped me in every way she could. Even though I didn't get all that I wanted she made the experience pleasant. Great customer service!!

I went to the Sephora in this JCP location and at first I thought that this location was great. It is a very convenient location to my home and in a decent shopping plaza. I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different location, no matter how far the next nearest one is. They gave me completely false information regarding my appointment for a make-over service and the products recommended to me were awful for my skin. Just a huge waste of money, and lack-luster customer service.

This location is horrible. I’ve had problems with getting online orders and every time lately I’ve been there, things are always marked wrong price and then they won’t honor what the sign says. You stand in line forever to find out the price isn’t what the sign said. Most of the stuff is over priced anyway.  Most of the workers are lazy and not helpful at all. I know why they are going out of business now. Today was my last time shopping here.
