We we're looking for Lacrosse equipment for the kids. Sales associates are available to help, and provide helpful information to those who are not into the specific sport and need some help deciding what to get. Store is well organized and spacious.

Great selection in Apparel and Equipmemt, but you are paying at least 5 times the cost..this place really takes advantage of you  in this capacity. When you put something on Clearance, a store usually wants to move inventory and offer these products at a deep discount. At Dick"s Sporting Goods, a pair of sneakers are still $100 on the clearance rack.

Took about 20 mins. To find the boots I was looking for. 5.11 Tactical.
Staff was helpful, and checkout was fast. Will definitely SHOP here again.
Good pricing and wide selection shoes and clothing.

Ordered online to pick-up in store. Got the "ready to pick up" email in half hour (very quick!)...saw a manager, Dave, and he promptly retrieved my order. Had a little difficulty with sizing...Dave took me back where my items were on display and sure enough, sizing for comparable item was different. He suggested I grab the display ones, and, whichever didn't fit, bring back, no problem. Pretty good customer service in this store....Online, Not So Much!! Rewards program is a nightmare. Not the store's fault. Decent prices here..look for sales and clearance first. Good experience here.

On the expensive side, but you'll probably find what you're looking for sporting-goods-wise. Good selection, as sports change with the season. Friendly, helpful staff, usually. They have a Rewards program, but it's worse than your worst nightmare to use and have your points credited to your account! Their scam is to open up many different accounts in your name and have no intention of ever  consolidating them! You'll have points all over Dick's cyber-space with no way and no chance of ever collecting or using them! Trying to get my last $90 Reward out of them...then I'm DONE with Dick's!!
Rewards Customer Service has no clue! The managers in the stores couldn't care less either, if you get your points or not! I got the old "It's not my job" when I was owed $90 in ScoreCard Rewards! The only other good thing I can say about Dick's is they're pretty prompt with your order online/pickup in store...but forget about your Scorecard points because you ain't getting them! Dick's is a bunch of Dick's!
