Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Patient, answered all our questions. Store is clean and tidy, a pleasure to browse through.

Ever since a new manager took this store over from the last manager,  almost a year ago, this store's  customer service has gone downhill.  Most of the staff couldn't care less about their customer's needs.  But this is the only full line sporting goods store in the area. Some department stores have a small selection of sport equipment,  but Dick's has about everything.  Besides driving 45 minutes away from here to another nice sporting goods store,  what are you to do. I guess just put up with bad customer service.   AND I THINK , THAT'S WHAT THEIR THINKING .
