Everything is so expensive here. We went for a batting helmet for my 5 year old. This is my first time having a child in tee ball so I did not know what to even look for really. I asked an employee for help and he was none just said to try them on and pick one that fits. We found one but it was snug and once we got the cage on it no longer fit. It was the biggest size we could find. I had to return it. They were good about the return and the cashier said she would send someone to meet us in the helmet section that would measure my sons head and put the cage on for us to make sure it fit. We waited 20 minutes and noone came. So we asked another employee on the floor and he again was not much help and told us they didn't carry any helmets bigger than we had already returned. He did not measure my sons head or anything. So DICK'S you need better employees and prices.

Went in for shoe fitting for running and two of the employees there were new so I got redirected a third time to someone that the others claimed that she’s a specialist for running shoes and would be able to help for proper fitting and enhancements. They told her twice that I needed help and she went walking around to other customers. Once I called out to her asking for assistance, she didn’t even assist but point towards a couple of shoes by stating, “there’s some there” and nothing else. The newer employees were at least more friendlier with their customer service. Not going there for shoes again.
