I've been a long time satisfied customer.  I was in on Thursday looking for a cross trainer. I have all types of feet issues including wide. The young sales lady was helpful and patient and used her knowledge to find me a pair of "revel" by Brooks. After 2 power classes, i have to say that these are wonderful so far. I know when i shop there, i will walk out with problem solved.

I went to get new shoes and I loved my experience! The lady (I can’t remember her name, I know it’s terrible) was really friendly, helpful and just overall great. I kept overthinking things and she eased my mind.  I’m very confident in my choice of shoes after all of the studying of my feet! You’re sure to get the right shoes here.

Would give zero stars! Horrible experience! Waited for over 20 min for someone to help me while staff stood talking to each other. After asking for help a few times, they still helped people that came in after me. Then a rude sales lady told me I need to sign a tacky dry erase board for help. Seriously, there was only 2 people in store when I walked in. I ended up just leaving and will go to the Extra Mile in Valpo. Worth the drive, at least they want my business!

Fleet Feet brings a personal touch when shopping for athletic wear that you won't find in a big box store. You are greeted with a smile when you enter the door and the friendly sales associates will make sure you have everything you need. They have personalized shoe fittings and if you decide you don't like your shoes after purchasing them you can take them back up to 30 days later. There are some things in the store that can be a little pricey but it will definitely hold up to years of use.

Always buy my walking shoes here.  They have a great selection, measure ur feet, shoes feel like clouds.
