I love the cleanliness of the store and I well organized it was, when I had to take something back I didn't get an attitude but very very courteous service

I hate hate hate writing bad reviews but my biggest pet peeve is bad customer service. It's ok if a store doesn't have what you need or are looking for but when the employees aren't nice or helpful it just kills me. 

Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. 
Walked around the store twice and couldn't find what I was looking for, Finally got someone's attention to ask for assistance and all they did was point me in the direction as the continued walking away. Now getting frustrated I saw an older gentleman sitting in the golf section and had to ask him if he could walk me over and show me exactly where the item was, it's a pretty big item but they had it stuffed all the way in the back of the store literally in a corner before he left I had to have him check the prices because nothing was tagged. 

Before leaving I thought I would look for one last thing but I wished I had not, I should of just kept walking out. 
I was looking for simple running gloves and no one seemed to know, they kept calling and asking someone named Maribel over he radio. Maribel give 3  different locations as to where they can be in the store, as I walked around and looked still nothing. So again I asked and another employee said they were all out. 

This is the part I leave and probably won't come back, mind you this was my first time in the store as well.

I will purchase my sporting goods from your store from now on I have never shopped there before but because of your support of the Florida children you are my new sporting good store to go to from now on please keep up the good work and support our children and their safety!

You have a good supply of everything every Department looks like they had a nice not a nice guy in there the bike Department backpacking Department camping some what I was looking for a nylons ground cover don't care what I seen in the bike ever invite the bike shop area they have some good prices two different models of bikes and brands and The Cheeky which over the years have been quality bike

For this company's chutzpah, corporate morality, and responsibility please support them today or asap as I did.  I am so happy and proud to make purchases at such a forward thinking retailer.  Keep in mind advocacy, boycotts , corporate divestments, and global economic sanctions brought down apartheid in South Africa.  This is just the same...this is a shame...this is our future your future.  We CAN do this...do it now!!! Make sensible gun control laws the law of our Iand, your land, my land!!!  U.S.A.gain!!!
