Good boots terrible service these guys don't even lace u up like they used too!!! I'm spending top dollar and all they do is hand you the boots,what happened One guy there Francis was awesome he lace u up and made sure you got right fit on boot miss that guy hopefully he's a regional manager or something like that sorry guys your customer service sucks

I have been a customer of this store for about two and a half years now. I used to buy the inexpensive boots like most construction guys in a lot of trade jobs. One day after complaing over my sore feet a co worker advised me to go try a redwing boot on........ I have been to many stores and bought many pairs of boots until I found this store.... The service is top notch and the staff knows there products but more than that they know there customers and can put you in the right boot. I was in recently and had a repair I wanted to a pair of boots with some miles of hot summer on then( I do a/c work) and to my SUPRISE I was told my boots where not ready for a repair but here was a replacement set of boots!! And that they would love my next purchase to be a redwing boot! All in less then my lunch break! I must say redwing in Pasadena has got it down and they do it right! I am a customer for LIFE! Thank you

The quality of these work shoes are unmatched and the customer service is top-notch. For those who don't know, bring in your red wing shoes in for free regular conditioning!
