Came to pick up my dughters bike. Drove 35 min to get here because they said it was ready... it's still not fixed. Confusion from day one. My son was looking for basketball shoes. He was handed a box with display plastic foot in it. The shoe department employee knew it and walked away. Took 5 minutes for him to get it out of the basketball shoe.

Went in looking for a pair of athletic slide on shoes for my husband. He found a pair of NCAA UK slides but they were too big and were just laying on a table. I looked around for more but couldn't find any. I went up front to the registers (because there were no associates to be found on the floor) and asked the woman, who I'm pretty sure was the manager, if they had anymore of the shoes or if that was the only remaining pair. Her response was, "If we do they're back there on the UK pad." Instead of looking in the computer for me because she was too busy talking. I went back and looked again and couldn't even find a place they belonged. I finally found someone to ask for help and her response was, "IDK, I don't work in the shoe department..." even though we were on the "UK pad". When we checked out I wasn't asked if we found everything okay or if we found what we needed to complain without sounding rude. Poor service if you get any.

They have a wide range of sporting supplies including a great home gym equipment section and camping department.

Went there to get freeze dried food for a backpacking trip. They had a good selection plus found some other things I needed for my trip.
