I will Always get my boots and tops from Wades! So will my boyfriend! Extremely helpful and friendly staff and if they do not have the size you need they promptly order and call you within days to let you know your order is in! I also had a pair of lacrosse boots have a defect in them. I had only owned them for less than a month when I noticed the toe guard was coming apart. They let me keep that pair til my new ones came in...no charge! Obviously had to send back the defected pair, but that was really cool bc I needed boots til the other pair came in. I always get Wrangler button up tops for women there, bc they are the only ones that carry my size and style I prefer! I will always do my part in keeping this business around!

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Girl there was helping a couple and being very friendly. She must have known them because when they left she went back to the desk to stand and talk with 2 other of the employees. Asked for help a couple times. Was told out of stock and could order the size. Asked for more help the boy pointed at a stack of boots then left. Husband found a mediocre pair of boots for his classes. Hope to find another place to shop before needing another pair of safety boots. This place needs to close down!!!!!

Bought almost $1,000 bucks worth of merchandise. Also bought a pair of boots tried one boot on seem to fit ok got them home wear them around the house they don't fit right. bring them back to store for another boot with the tags still on them with a receipt mind you they refused to let me pick out another pair of boots. They don't care about you or your problems with what u buy from them. Once they have your money the smiles and friendly attitude and customer services end there. if you're going to shop here you better get it right the first time.
