Food was good. Wife got the salad and loved it lots of meat and fresh greens. The mac-n-cheese and loaded mashed potatoes were great sides. The pulled pork & chopped brisket was moist and tasty. The pork ribs were a bit dry. Overall the family liked it.

It is one of the original Bar-B-Que Pits. It's not generic, it's the one other places have fashioned their restaurants after. The ultimate Texas Bar-B-Que. Steve, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Training staff in the ways of hospitality.

The food was okay. I was not a fan of the way you had to order, the meals seem to be way too much for one person but not enough to share for two people. I had ordered the three meal combo with ribs, sausage, beef brisket and the sides. I would have given four stars but the ribs that we were given should not have been served. The ribs must have been cooking for 5 or 6 days they were very very bad very dry just not good at all.
