HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I waited an hour for them to tell me my teeth were "to dirty" to clean!?! They said they couldn't clean around my permanent retainer. I asked for them to clean my teeth anyway and they came back and hardly cleaned my teeth. I COULD HAVE BRUSHED MY TEETH BETTER. When I asked to see the dentist they said "why"! I wanted to know if I had cavities or something!? I came to the dentist to see a dentist (imagine that). Save your time and money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Everything was fine. The only problem was my insurance, and that was the insurance company's fault. That is why we were a little held up at the beginning of the appointment. I really liked the dentist and the woman who helped me navigate through the insurance mess.

Your office practices and staff are definitely superior to my prior dentist's. I am sure that I will be happy with my transfer to your office.
