Kryss Castle specializes in working with teens and their relationships with their parents. She has additional experience in alcohol and substance abuse.

Story

Kryss Castle LMFT...Hermosa Beach and Palos Verdes Locations.
We take pride in really understanding the emotional needs of our clients and we help them find ways to manage the emotions that they are dealing with. We find ways to open up communication between parents and teens so you can create relationships that you’ve always wanted.
We utilize many resources in the community. We make sure to connect our clients with these resources so they have continuous support going forward.

Kryss is in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the South Bay working with Dr. Greg Allen Family Counseling. She also works with Freedom 4 U, a youth non-profit organization, counseling in local high schools (Mira Costa, RUHS, PV, Peninsula HS, and Redondo Shores), running small groups and classes, and providing workshops in the community regarding teens. Kryss also serves as Co-VP of Programs for the Long Beach-South Bay California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

We work with Freedom 4 U, a youth organization providing creative outlets and activities to youth in the South Bay. More information can be found at: www.freedomcommunity.com

I also work as an EFT Tapping coach. I work with people who are looking to overcome a variety of challenges they are feeling stuck with in their life through EFT tapping. Clients come for different reasons including physical pain, stress, anxiety, food cravings, money issues, phobias.
