I recently opened an account with DCU back in August. This was my first time visiting the Tyngsboro branch. So I go in and I make a withdrawal with the teller and I tell him that I need a debit card so he has me go to member services. Judy greeted me politely. But once I got in her office and I asked her questions about changing our address and why the app isn't letting me sign in on my phone and how we can fix that. I felt like she was very short with me, she was unaware of her body language and her tone of voice. Or at least I hope she was unaware of it, because she was rude.  It was right at 9 o'clock right when they opened, So maybe she was tired,  Or was having a bad day. But I just got the feeling like she wanted to hurry me out. And I also got the impression that she's not aware of how her body language and tone of voice comes off to others. Verbal language is only 10% of how we communicate. And in a job like that you really need to be good at the other 90%. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and will certainly not visit this branch again.  This is some feedback and I hope the branch can give some corrective criticism or educate their staff.

I visited it for the first time for opening the account. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The services DCU provide are generally good compared to many other commercial bank's. I would definitely recommend to do business with them.
