Great job. I had broken my screen on my laptop, he did it for a very good price and got it done in 2 days. Even updated it for me and cleaned it for me. Highly recommend.

I could not figure out how to get my pictures off of my phone for months. I thought I was going to lose the thousands of pictures I've taken the last few years but James was able to get all of the pictures off! And even saved my videos and music without me even asking! He did it on short notice and was able to get it back to me right away. Any time I need help with my electronics I will be going through James! :)

I can not say enough wonderful things about the service James provided me! My computer failed in the middle of an action, and I did everything I could (with advice from Google) to address the problem, to no avail. I found Digital Paragon with a quick Google search. When I called, James was incredibly generous with details regarding what the problem might be, various options for fixing it at my home vs bringing it in for service, and estimates of costs and timing associated. I opted to take the computer in, as it is a less costly method. James had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 8 hours. I am incredibly pleased with his service and recommend him highly! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also genuinely kind and helpful. James is probably the most trustworthy guy in this business. His prices are totally fair, he provides detailed explanations of all work, and he gets things done in a timely manner. If you need any computer help at all, Digital Paragon should be your first call.
