So I took my quad to get the shocks fixed at desert cycle works in twentynine palms and they told me that they would have it fixed in 2 weeks. So before I took it down, I had a 1/2 tank of gas , a new battery and one crack on my shock , so almost 3 weeks later after seeing my quad sitting outside the entire time in a high theft area, I needed it for a small job and when I went to pick it up,my front rack was cracked, gas tank was empty, battery was dead and my other shock was broke, so I told them I will not be bringing it back. They feel I owe them money for the parts they had to buy which took them 45days to get in, I ordered them myself and got them in 4 days, I got my quad back and fixed it myself,  before they claimed the parts they ordered came in. How amazing, they ordered i ordered the parts from the same company they ordered them from and I got mine in 4 days and they got theirs in 45 days. Doesn't make any sensei feel they were trying to mess my quad up on purpose trying to make more money, that's what I feel. I will never go back there. It's ashame when a person feels they went to a dishonest company that only try to take advantage. I could of fixed it myself to begin with but with having so many things to do, I thought since I was so busy I would just pay a place to fix it, that was a horrible mistake.

Prices overall are high but not very surprising being our location. The only motorcycle shop within 30miles.

Excellent customer service. JP was very honest, any other shop could have easily told me I needed more parts to make a profit. JP sorted my quad out with same day service. Desert Cycle Works will have my repeat business and I highly recommend them.
