Myself and my family have been seeing Dr. Chen for years, me since I was a teenager! He has always been very caring, and extremely helpful, I'd say the same for the ladies at the front desk too! No complaints here.

I went here for a simple dr's visit. The front office staff seemed busy, and did not have the best, but not the worst, customer service. I saw a woman by the name of Dr. Kelly (that is one of her first names). I came into the office at 4pm. My appointment was at 4:30pm, and I was not seen until 5:15pm. After a long wait, I was rushed through a dr's visit, and told there was another patient waiting. I felt she used a lot of anatomy vocabulary to appear smart or impressive, and tried to state 'facts,' about my health which were simply incorrect. Once I let her know that she was wrong, she seemed frustrated and even more rushed. I needed antibiotics for a bronchial infection, and she said they're 'not supposed to give antibiotics out.' I felt like I had to sit in protest until she finally gave me a prescription for amoxicillin and said 'okay now I really need to go.' All in all, I spent about 12 minutes with the dr. I will never visit this dr again. I left a complaint on the office manager's voice mail. If I don't hear back from her with an apology or some sort of compensation, I will never visit this office again.
