First things first - Dr Meyer is an amazing Doctor.  The wait times are short and the office is clean. But I have figured out why there are few patients...Dignity is a nightmare to work with. Their entire billing system is a joke. The web portal does not work. The staff will tell you the account is paid in full however its not. Each visit has a new account created so when you think your total is everything you will receive another 5 statements in the mail. Also a visit alone will run you $330 for something as simple as an ear infection. I really love Dr Meyer however I will be taking my daughter back to MFA at this point.

Lousy clinic. Doctors come and go, cannot develop doctor-patients relationship like this . The sad part is I have other clinics and it seems to be a Merced problem, maybe I could try a different City

I've been here several times for different reasons. Staff could be a little more efficient but other than that nothing negative to say.

Do not take the advise of your primary doctor until you verify the information online. The lack of care could have killed me, After testing postitive for hypothyroidsm five times over an 11 month period, I asked my doctor how that could be if I've been taking medication for 15 years, and if so, why isn't he adjusting the dosage? His answer, "your numbers aren't off enough to warrent an increase." I thought, oh, like being half pregnant! Three months later I'm in the emergency room with severe symptoms of hypothyroidsm.

Do yourself a favor and pick a different medical group.   I used their online scheduling option to schedule 2 appointments for my husband and myself.  No problem until we got to the office.  First their fax machine had been down for a week, so they didn't get any notifications from their online scheduling service;  Then, she told me that the online program was only for Existing patients, even though there were several times through out the process when the system asked if you were a new or existing patient and I always selected "New".  Finally, the doctor that we scheduled our appointments with didn't even work on the day we scheduled our appointment.  She used to, several months ago, but doesn't anymore.  If they can't run an online site, they probably can run an efficient office either.  Oh, and I asked to speak to the office manager, the girl went in the back to get her and 5 minutes later, the manager had mysteriously "stepped out" of the office.  These people obviously don't want your business.
